The classic of saunas. At a temperature of around 90°C, your body is detoxified via intensive perspiration, your circulation is stimulated, the breakdown of metabolic waste is accelerated and your body's own defences are mobilised. The result is a feeling of invigoration, with deep mental and physical relaxation.

The deep warmth of an infrared cabin provides additional relaxation. Even from 30°C the body starts to activate its power to provide protection, detoxify and cleanse.

Before the sauna session you ought to treat yourself to a lovely hot shower and then follow up with a cold shower. Our luxurious showers come in different variants, from a jet shower effect to a relaxation massage nozzle.
